Staff were attentive, wi-fi was free, and I liked its beautiful location near to central Queenstown, bus stop and the town centre. It was at walking distance from Erik's Fish and Chips, serving fast food.

a unique hotel with optimal location, plus the staff was always available. our room was airy and compact, had a tidy bathroom. it was set walking distance to restaurants and pubs.

I loved strategic location, diligent stuff. Warm room, with a clean bathroom and relaxing beds. Breakfast in the courtyard was extensive with appetising food and service. There was a pleasant restaurant, shops and the main shopping centre next door. Apart from that, hackett bungy was 10 minutes away by driving. Clean hotel, brilliant service.

Obliging staff made my stay such great and the location was wonderful! A lovely beach, outstanding view. Loved the attached restaurant and its delightful cuisine. Amazing service here.

Courteous staff, tasty breakfast, splendid view. We loved bottled drinks at the roof top bar. Modern interior, large bathroom, huge room. A short walk to the magnificent beach.
